Our two HIVE Portsmouth Hubs, in the north and centre of the city, offer co-working, hot-desking, desk rental and charity incubation services. They’re spaces which give local Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector groups and organisations the opportunity to share facilities, reduce costs and collaborate on projects. Becoming a member of the Hubs gives you the best of both facilities and we’re flexible to our users' needs. North Hub Opened in June 2024 the North Hub, located in Paulsgrove Housing Office, Allaway Avenue, offers a choice of four meeting rooms, seating between 4 and 20 people, where you can meet clients or colleagues and work collaboratively with partners in the sector. There’s also a variety of desks to choose from in the large and airy workspace, where you can book either a dedicated or day desk. South Hub Located in the city centre, in Aggie Weston House, Edinburgh Road, the South Hub is a large and bright space. With desk options including hot desk membership, a dedicated desk which you can use as your exclusive and permanent base, or day rental, there’s something for everyone. There are communal spaces in which to meet and learn, a pod for more private conversations, a fully equipped kitchen, toilet facilities and high-speed wi-fi. The meeting room, which comes with AV equipment, seats up to 12 people and can be booked on an ad hoc basis
